Machining
Our machine shop gives us scope to be able to reclaim or remanufacture a number of components where these are not commonly available. Our engineers can produce something as simple as a bronze bushing for a king-pin to machining up a complete set of castings for the manufacture of a 1950’s racing engine. Pictured is a Wellworthy Alfin brake drum for a Connaught A-Type Grand Prix car being finished in our vertical milling machine.
Fibreglass work
Repair of fibreglass components, body panels and complete fibreglass-bodied vehicles. Re-gel-coating of star-crazed fibreglass. Preparation of fibreglass panels and bodies and repainting of same.
Panelwork
In the unlikely event of damage to your competition car, our panel facility can straighten or renew panels or parts thereof and our paintshop finish the work off, leaving your car “Good as new”.
Preparing existing coachwork. Manufacture of 'One-Off' body panels. Manufacture of complete vehicle bodies in Alloy or Steel. Double-Curve panels, Ash-Framing, Painting and refinishing (full in-house paintshop facility). Glass-fibre bodied vehicles catered for. Lead Loading, Interior woodwork.
